  • Sigurborg is a painter, book artist and graphic designer. She studied with the painter Hans Chr. Højer in Copenhagen and in Skolen for Brugskunst in Copenhagen (now KADK). She has taken part in seminars in USA, Japan, Mexico and Iceland. She has held several private exhibitions in Iceland, Denmark and Italy. She has also taken part in numerous joint exhibitions around the world and received several awards and honors for her art and design. She was a teacher at the Iceland Academy of the arts 1989-2011. She lives in Reykjavík where she has a studio on Grensásvegur 12A.
