PURCHASED PRODUCTS:

When confirming your purchase you are entering into a binding agreement for your purchase. If you wish to change or cancel your order you must contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it for you. Shipping costs or other fees will not be returned.

 

PRICING:

When shopping from within the EU, all displayed prices include VAT. When shopping from outside the EU, the prices displayed are excluding VAT. Please note that local VAT and custom fees may apply. Prices do not include delivery charges which will be calculated at checkout. PETIT_ARTPRINTS retains the right to change prices at any time.

SHIPPING:

All our Prints are shipped in sturdy postal tubes that protect the Artwork. We ship within Europe for 8.50 € and to the rest of the world for 14.50 € but if you order for 80 € or more we ship for FREE Worldwide. Our shipping cost is a flat rate so if you order more then one print you will be charge the same as if you buy one. All our prices within Europe include VAT but some local taxes and charges may apply to some destinations outside the EU.

RETURNS:

Please contact us before returning any items. Any returns must be made no later than 2 weeks from the time of receiving the products, in accordance with EU regulations. Products are to be returned in original condition in original, undamaged packaging. Returned goods should be protected in the original box. No tape is to be attached to the product. The cost of returning the item is to be paid by the buyer. When return goods are received in accordance to the above criteria, we will refund the value of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any returns which are damaged or do not comply with the above listed criteria.
